Job Title:  Asset Management Compliance Officer, Tokyo

Company Profile:

Major European Investment Bank, with a strong global presence and over 15,000 employees worldwide

Description:

• Providing compliance advice and coverage
• Providing timely and accurate reports to senior management on compliance issues or concerns requiring their attention
• Providing periodic training sessions on topical regulatory issues and requirements
• Assisting businesses in the development and maintenance of robust control procedures for all regulated business activities
• Assisting senior management by serving as the primary supporting contact with external regulators

Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in asset management business, and 3 years in legal or compliance.
• Experience with local external regulatory auditors preferred
• Team player
• Excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations, asset management business
• Native Japanese, business English

Salary:

Up to 20MM depending on skills and experience.
