Job Title: Regulatory Filing Compliance Officer,
Company Profile:
Major European Investment Bank, with a strong global presence
Description:
- Conduct compliance reviews, as necessary, on the adequacy of control processes within the businesses
- Provide practical guidance on the proper application and interpretation of regulatory principles, rules, guidance, internal policies or voluntary codes of practice along with monitoring/informing on amendments thereof or new initiatives
- Assist businesses in the development and maintenance of robust control procedures for all regulated business activities
- Provide periodic training sessions on topical regulatory issues and requirements
- Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management on compliance issues or concerns requiring their attention
- Assist senior management by serving as the primary supporting contact with external regulators
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in banking / investment banking industry or at law firms
- Experience with local external regulatory and exchange auditors preferred
- Excellent knowledge of local regulations, investment banking and products.
- Ethical and good team player
- Native Japanese, fluent English
Salary:
Up to 12MM depending on skills and experience.
